I’ve heard some amazing stories about the customer service from Bobby Allen, who works at Kirk’s office, that I decided to have them quote my new home and auto. I love that they are local, genuine, and available. They are competitive on pricing and explained my policy in ways to help me understand all the jargon. They helped me get what I need.

My experience today was exceptional. My rep, Bobby, was so kind, very knowledgeable, and so friendly. I called for an estimate to switch to State Farm Auto Insurance from a different company that was charging outrageous premiums to a 60 year old school teacher who never had an accident. Bobby listened to the coverages I wanted and reminded me of discounts they were including. Needless to say, I’m so happy and I switched to State Farm because of great service and lower premiums.
