"We have received prompt and friendly service from our State Farm agent, Kirk Buchholz. He patiently explained and addressed all of our questions and concerns; he made sure that we have the coverage to fit our needs . We highly recommend his agency, located here in Woodstock, GA.
2026 Update: Although we still believe Kirk Buchholz is a great agent, State Farm as a company doesn’t act as a Good Neighbor. They spend more on paying celebrities to star in their commercials than helping their customers! My roof suffered severe hail damage, and so did my next-door neighbor’s home; my neighbor is also insured by State Farm.
We both filed claims, a week a part, for storm/hail damage. Incredulous, State Farm paid for the full replacement of his roof, however my claim was categorically denied. Although our premiums were fully paid and covered, we had to pay out of pocket. To make matters worse, after filing our legitimate claim, State Farm sent us a letter threatening to cancel our policies if we filed another one. We have since decided to cancel all 3 of our policies."

"I have been with State Farm for many years and when we moved to Georgia from Indiana we were welcomed with open arms in Kirk’s Woodstock office. From helping us navigate for the first time having renters insurance and then transitioning to our current home. We brought the snow with us from Indiana and lost a lot when we experienced the crazy snowstorm- State Farm came through and helped us with all the many facets of filing a claim.

"I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a stress free insurance experience. I switched to this office a few years ago because I needed a team that could clearly answer my questions and take the time to educate me and they’ve done exactly that.
For example, I recently needed help processing a small claim of tow my vehicle to a workshop. The experience was smooth from start to finish. With their guidance, I was able to quickly reach the claims team, and my issue was resolved overnight, with payment processed just as quickly.
